Our rates are $177/hr for any dwelling up to 2 floors. Each additional floor will add $10/hr to the rate. We charge a two-hour minimum + travel time to get to you and back to our location.
Please pack as many things into boxes as possible; heavier items in smaller boxes. Softer items like pillows, blankets and bedding may be put into trash bags. Small plants should be put together in an open-top box. The more items that are boxed, the faster the move.
You will not need to pay a deposit for local or surrounding city moves (eg. NYC, DC). Long distance moves will require a 50% deposit.
We will move upright pianos ONLY, and only in a ground floor or elevator situation. Pianos moving up or down stairs would require a piano moving company.
Gratuity is not included in your quote. The standard tip for moving is $10/hr per mover. Of course you may tip as much as you'd like!
